At Chrexxonchrel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We stand behind the quality of our plants and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Plants must be healthy and undamaged. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to return an item.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. Plants must be healthy and undamaged. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@chrexxonchrel.cv with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA) that must be included with your return.
Please include the RMA number on the outside of the return package. Returns without an RMA number may be refused or delayed. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective, incorrect, or we made an error. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will refund the full amount including shipping costs.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will process a refund instead. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. We take quality seriously and will make every effort to resolve the issue quickly.
For damaged plants, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos to assess the damage and determine the best course of action. We want to ensure you receive healthy, beautiful plants.
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after we process it, please check with your bank or credit card company first. It may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
If you still have not received your refund after checking with your bank, please contact us at info@chrexxonchrel.cv with your order number and we will investigate the issue.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please package items carefully to prevent damage during transit. Original packaging should be used when possible.
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be issued to your account and can be used for future purchases. Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time.
